Each piece of Co. Kind jewelry is handmade with care and shipped from our Ben Lomond, California studio. ✨

Here’s everything you might want to know about your order.

Production Time

All of our jewelry is handmade to order — that’s part of what makes it special.
Once we receive your order, we still need a little time to create it. Please allow 5–10 business days for production.

Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

If you’re on a tight timeline, please reach out before ordering — we’ll always do our best to make it work.

Holiday Note:
During the holidays, turnaround times may increase slightly. The postal service may also experience extended delivery windows. We appreciate your patience during this busy time.

Shipping

All orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail, unless otherwise selected at checkout.
Each shipment includes tracking and delivery confirmation, which you’ll find in your shipping email.

Once you have tracking, you can check the status anytime here. Occasionally USPS tracking doesn’t update right away — but if you received a shipping email from us, your order is on the way.

Please note: Co. Kind is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double-check that your address is accurate and secure.

Lost an Earring

It happens — and we’ve got you.

For all wood designs, we offer half price on a brand-new pair.
For all other earring styles, we offer 25% off a replacement pair.

We do ask that you send in your remaining single earring before we issue the discount. This helps us confirm the style and ensure your replacement is a perfect match.

Necklace Length Remake

If you ordered the wrong length, we can usually fix it.
We offer a length-remake service for a $10 base fee, plus the cost of any additional chain (each design varies, and not all can be modified).
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Will My Order Look Like the Photo?

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations are part of the charm.

Wood Jewelry:
Your piece will be similar to the photos, but every one has its own unique wood tone and burn shade. Product images show examples of past orders, and we use what’s in stock at the time to create your piece.

Please note: variations in tone, texture, and grain are natural and expected.
