Refund policy


Jewelry. We understand that jewelry can look different on everybody, so if you are not thrilled with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase. Because our pieces are all custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns. If an exchange/store credit is desired, please reach out to care@companykind.com with your order number and a photo, so we can assist you in the process. Please note, that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item as a result of our error, we will take care of everything including all shipping costs associated.
