We understand that jewelry can look different on every body, so if you are not thrilled with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase. Because are pieces are all custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns. If an exchange/store credit is desired, please reach out to ckteam@companykind.com with you order number and a photo, so we can assist you in the process. Please note, customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item as a result of our error, we will take care of everything including all shipping costs associated.
